**Booking Terms and Conditions**

1. **Trip Minimums:** A minimum of 3 people is required to cover the running costs for a charter. Solo travelers must cover the cost equivalent to a charter for 3 people.

2. **Payment Policy:** Full payment is required upon booking to secure your charter reservation.

3. **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made 7 days prior to the charter will incur a 50% booking fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the charter are non-refundable.

4. **Weather Conditions:** While charters operate year-round, including public holidays, trips are subject to weather conditions. Charters will not cancel unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe, in which case they can be rescheduled or fully refunded.

5. **Liability:** Lakes Charter Fishing, its employees, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during the trip.

6. **Publicity:** By attending a charter, you grant Lakes Charter Fishing permission to use photographs from the trip for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. **Punctuality:** Charters will not wait for latecomers. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure to ensure you are on the water for your booked time.

8. **Fishing License:** All clients boarding our charters must hold a current Recreational Fishing License as per Victorian Fisheries regulations. Licenses must be purchased prior to the charter and cannot be bought onboard.

9. **Client Conduct:** Any aggressive, abusive behavior, illegal drug use, or excessive intoxication will result in immediate cancellation of the charter.

10. **Medical Conditions:** Any underlying medical conditions must be reported to Lakes Charter Fishing before the charter commences. Failure to do so releases Lakes Charter Fishing from any responsibility.

11. **Damage Policy:** Clients are responsible for any property or equipment damaged or lost due to negligence, with charges of up to $250 per item. Damages caused to the vessel due to negligence will be charged accordingly.

12. **Skipper's Discretion:** The skipper has the right to terminate the charter if clients are deemed unfit for conditions, resulting in a full refund.

13. **Minimum Age:** The minimum age limit for offshore charters is 12 years old.

14. **Bar Safety:** If the skipper deems the Lakes Entrance Bar unsafe, your charter may be terminated for safety reasons.
